A detailed eating plan to loose 2-3 pounds a week?

I am 132lbs and a m 5'2" I swim around 1000 meters three times a week and they days I don't swim I walk my dog. I just need a detailed eating plan telling me what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner so that I will loose 2-3 pounds each week. I don't eat meat or seafood. Pleasee I need help

You just need to eat fewer calories than you burn, eat lots of veggies, eat whole food(such as whole grains, nothing enriched), no added sugars - so fruit is fine, try to stay away from bad fat(trans, sat.) also try and stay away from too much sodium...and drink plenty of water!

You should join caloriecount.com it's a great site to count your calories and keep up with what you eat. Plus, there's forums with a ton of people who would love to help you. I learned a lot on there. =)

Some of my favorite low cal snacks though are:
- cooked or raw veggies with hummus
- my home-made very low cal pizza(flat bread, no salt added diced tomatoes, spinach and then fat free cheddar)
- greek yogurt, activia, dannon yogurts.
- squash...yum!
- egg whites
- wasa with hummus or anything of your choice on top
- eggplant with diced tomatoes
- kamut puffs cereal
- fat free cottage cheese with blueberries
- kashi waffles
- fruit!

Also, be sure when you eat...to get some protein to help you stay full and not wanting to go back for more, fiber also.
